rustic farmhouse is situated in a 1,000 year-old olive grove, way up in
the Pollença hills. It commands glorious views towards Cala Sant
Viçenç, Puig Maria, Pollença and the bay of Alcúdia with distant
mountain ranges; a completely tranquil ambience. Approached off a winding
single track lane, an arched covered terrace with a characteristic
polished stone dining table overlooking the oval-shaped, floodlit swimming
pool with furnished sun terraces. The wrought-iron BBQ is next to the
original bread oven where you can bake your own bread. A "feature
well" is filled naturally with mountain-fresh water. Car hire is
essential. INTERIOR: Upon entering is the spacious hall with an inner archway
leading into the living/dining room with stone walls, feature fireplace
and TV. The modern pine kitchen has an electric oven, fridge/freezer, twin
sink unit and walk-in larder. The patio doorway opens from the kitchen out
