D.O.C. wines and extra virgin olive oil are among the best in the Lucca area and are available for purchase by clients, as well as other local products. Mountain bikes are also available for rent at the property. From the house beautiful views can be enjoyed of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves on the estate, and also the pretty village of San Gennaro which is just a few minutes walk away. Chianti Area, in a beautiful hamlet. 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms villa,
with a large private terrace, located on an estate. Shared swimming pool.
Located in a
beautiful hamlet which has recently been restored to such a high standard.
Castle, restaurants and shop on the estate. The position of the villa allows
you to enjoy unusual privacy compared to other units on the estate yet take
full advantage of the shared gardens and swimming pool, the two restaurants,
the shop selling local products and the wine bar. Set in one of the most
spectacular positions of Tuscany, in the heart of the Chianti region between
the historical villages of Radda and Gaiole in Chianti. The hamlet boasts a
central position among the 360 hectares of vineyards belonging to the estate
with a castle dating back to the 10th century, and a church along with
several other buildings. Beautiful terrace and garden with stunning views of
the surrounding countryside when simply relaxing outdoors or having al
fresco meals under the well furnished pergola. Interior is of the highest
possible standard and equipped it with all modern facilities. INTERIOR:

Tuscany. Magrini is a pretty stone
farmhouse belonging to an estate where
we also have a 6 bedroom villa rental. The house is situated in a very quiet position at the border of the estate, a few hundred meters from the borgo with wine cellars and olive oil mill. The white and red
D.O.C. wines and extra virgin olive oil are among the best in the Lucca area and are available for purchase by clients, as well as other local products. Mountain bikes are also available for rent at the property. From the house beautiful views can be enjoyed of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves on the estate, and also the pretty village of San Gennaro which is just a few minutes walk away. The house has recently been renovated immaculately, and a swimming pool (10 x 4 meters) installed in a very panoramic position. INTERIOR: Ground

Lucca Region, Tuscany: This
very pretty stone-built farmhouse dates back to the 17th Century. It is
situated in the Lucca hills near Segromigno Monte, in a peaceful position,
with beautiful views. The house has a lovely established garden with a
lawned area to the front with trees and geraniums in attractive Tuscan pots,
bougainvillaea, roses, hydrangeas, lemon trees, a vegetable garden and
beyond, olive trees and vineyards. At the bottom of the garden in a setting
amongst the olive groves, is a swimming pool (12x6 meters) with diving board
and outside shower. There is a sunny terrace at the front of the house and a
shaded veranda around the side. This property is conveniently situated
within walking distance of the shops in Segromigno Monte. The house is
particularly suitable for one family. INTERIOR: Grd flr: Entrance into a

Tuscany.
Casa Laria is a charming farmhouse located in a
quiet area, known as the Chianti of the Pisan hills. It is an area of
outstanding beauty with hamlets and 19th century villas, set among olive
groves and vineyards, and has been the subject of many paintings by famous
artists of the Macchiaioli school. The house has been recently restored very
tastefully by its discerning owners, who live in there all winter, and rent
it during the summer months. The interiors are furnished to a very high
standard with beautiful antique pieces, and there are all modern comforts
including satellite TV. The property is completely fenced and has a large
flat garden making it very safe for families with young children. It is 15
minutes away from both motorway and highway exits and therefore a convenient
base for day trips to many Tuscan towns and places of interest. INTERIOR:

Casciano and in a panoramic position. This 18th century stone farmhouse is
on grounds with olive groves and cypress trees. Access is entrance via a
private gate. Located in a panoramic position within the garden is the
swimming pool with spacious sun-terrace. Just 1.5 km away Bargino, (food

area. This lovely rustic 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms stone farmhouse, for 6,
is located in a beautiful position, in the hills of Lucca near the
village of Matraia. From the house there are breathtaking views of the
surrounding countryside of olive groves and vineyards, as far as the
town of Lucca in the distance. This part of the Luccan countryside is
famous for its beautiful historical villas. (In particular, very close
to Giannello is the Villa Reale, where Giusppina Bonaparte, Napoleon`s
sister and Duchess of Lucca resided. The villa, with its beautiful
garden is open to the public several days a week). Giannello is a very
special property for six people. It has just been tastefully restored in
a nice rustic style, still maintaining the old beamed ceilings and
antique terracotta floors in most of the rooms. A big terrace is in
front of the house, ideal for eating in beautiful surroundings. There is
also a lovely private swimming pool (12 x 6 meters). Cooking services,
as well as cooking lessons, can be arranged upon request. INTERIOR:
