Luxurious detached villa situated in a wonderful position with panoramic views of the sea and is set on grounds of approx 17,500 sq.ft. The bay of Granadella with restaurants is 2 km away, nearest shps and sandy beach 9 km away. The villa is set on different levels. There are steps up to the house along a waterfall from the street below. From the main house one can access the guest house by more stairs. On the lower level, there is a barbecue and dining area as well as a cellar, billiards room, gym, and sauna. From here one can access the last level where there is the private swimming pool (7 x 12 meters in size) accessed via steps with slides and Jacuzzi, sun terrace with stone sun beds. INTERIOR Villa Granadella is artistically furnished giving it a beautiful, unique interior with marble floors throughout. The villa is 8,650 sq.ft. in size. The ground floor consists of 2 double rooms, 1 of which has an ensuite bathroom with tub/bidet, a fireplace, and access to an open terrace. 1 bathroom with shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with access to the balcony. 1 single bedroom with access to the terrace. 1 bathroom with shower/WC. Glazed conservatory with a round bath, waterfall, bidet/WC/twin washbasin. The Guest house is comprised of Living/dining room (for 6 people). TV. Benissa is located 5 miles from the coast, 65 miles south of Valencia and 45 miles north of Alicante. Close to the motorway exit, train station and buses. Opportunities for summer sports, entertainment and trips. Calpe and Moraira are located 5 miles away and Benidorm is 20 miles away. There is a market on Saturdays and a flea market on Mondays. The saints festivals are at the end of April and the fiestas of "Moros y Cristianos" at the end of June.
