Apartment Marais is a cozy two story apartment (100 m2) in an 18th century building.  With an internal courtyard, near the magnificent Place des Vosges in the Marais district, one of the most pleasant and fashionable areas of the capital. Close to the Picasso museum, Carnavalet, the Hotel de Sully and the Pompidou centre. The Underground is only 5 minutes away by foot. Gr. fl.: small kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer). 1st fl. (steep, narrow spiral staircase, 2.1 m height): living room (TV, hi-fi) with fireplace, library and single bed (period piece), study/library, 1 double bedroom, store room (washing machine), 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. All of the rooms, except for the living room, face out onto the internal courtyard. Access to the 1st fl. by means of an 18th century staircase or to the ground floor through the internal courtyard.
