Attached to the main house with own entrance, is a small studio with kitchenette and WC/shower. Landscaped exterior grounds with swimming pool dominating the seafront part. There is a caretaker couple living in an apartment located by the property gate, totally separated by the villa and its land. Covered parking area by the gate and the caretaker house. Car necessary. 15 kms from Mykonos town and port, 13 kms from the airport, 1200m from the sandy beach of Lia and 500m to the rocky shore in front of the property (accessible by small path road).
